This book is AWESOME! I have known the author Trent Mongero for 15 years. I have seen him turn solid athletes into blue chip athletes with his knowledge and instruction. He has worked with numerous youngsters that have developed into college and Pro baseball players. Any parent or coach that has an interest in teaching their kid the correct fundamentals should have a copy of this. It is the real deal and taught by one of the best “baseball guys” in the business!!
